Topic: Print PDF file from the AS/400

Hello:

I would like to know if that's possible to print PDF files (using command line) from AS/400 without PC involved.

I am building vertical applications and these PDF files are used as reports. So, my paper size will be the same as defined in the PDF file. But I will not know what kind of printers my users will be using.

There are articles in this web site talked about how to use command line print in windows platform using acrobat reader. But can I do this directly from AS/400? Seems like I will need some SDK (maybe in C or C++) or maybe some PDF java class that can handle PDF print.

Any thoughts will be GREATLY appreciated!!

Best Regards

Jyh-Ching
