Ok, this message is clear. There is nothing wrong with Acrobat, Windows or any other software. The problem is that the font, ArabicTransparent, cannot be embedded. This is not a bug, but Acrobat obeying a decision made by the font's creator.
If you want to embed this font in a PDF, you must contact the creator of the font, and see if they are prepared to sell you a version which can legally be embedded.
