Hi

Thanks for yr replies, I have somehow succeeded in making the PDF through trial and error, as I had told you that I can create the PDF from the word document without changing it, I got the original document changed to the format and the font size and layout done on the original machine in a manner that I can simply copy and paste it into the blank pdf which has the priginal design in which the final PDF has to be made. I have one more problem. when I paste the text from PDF into the blank design PDF and create a file which has both the filesize increases drastically.

I have the text in 3 PDFs which are 34, 42 & 58 KB respectively, I copy the text Bloack form there and paste it into the blank PDF which only had the design on which the text will appear which is 67KB all in all it should not run over 200 or 220 KB but the file size goes upto 776KB all I am doing after pasting the text is changing its colour to white whereas the priginal text is black.

Can you tell me why this is happenning bec a 2 Page PDF of 776KB is almost useless.

please advise.
