the perfect tool for the job is activePDF's toolset's .. check PDFStore for
more detail (http://www.pdfstore.com or http://www.activepdf.com).
You can also employ a third party library to create the PDF, but that would
be a lot more work.
Generating a html index from a directory listing should be pretty straight
forward (probably using the FSO).
