Sure, you just need some more software to do it ;).

There are two options that I can think of for NT. The only
one currently shipping is ImageMagick ()
in conjunction with Ghostscript. However, we (Digital Applications)
are about to release a new product for doing server-side
rasterization of PDF documents. It will allow you to convert PDF
documents (or a subset of their pages) into a number of image formats
including JPEG, PNG, TIFF (single and multi-page), etc.
