Possibly, but I don't believe that you can get this
information directly form Acrobat's OLE/COM interfaces (and if you
could, it would only work with the full Acrobat, not Reader).

I would recommend looking at the ActivePDF PDFToolkit
(), which is a OLE/COM component designed
for given you more complete access/control over PDF documents.
