I see that you are using the Capture plug-in for Acrobat, not the full =Acrobat Capture product. It is not possible to turn-off the auto-deskew =in the Capture plug-in, hence, you need the full product (or similar) for =this project.

Your solution is to use software appropriate to the job. The Capture =plugin to Acrobat is for casual use only, not volume or difficult =projects.
