You can convert JPG files by simply opening them from within Acrobat (or
Drag Drop in Windows). IF you want to do this in batch then I would suggest
looking at ARTS Import 2.0 - it will convert image files to PDF from
directories full of pictures etc (theres a demo version available as well -

If this isnt what you really want, then you might need to look into
converting the JPG into another format such as TIFF (you could use Paint
Shop Pro's - iRobot) and then use TIFF2PS (from to
do the next step.
