You sure about this one, Aandi??

I know that WebCapture exports its functionality in an HFT
for use by other components, and I know that if you do a standard
"open document" that it will handle conversion of other formats. So
I wonder if you couldn't get to the functionality that way.

Of course, this all assume you're not doing this server side...

Other options including using 3rd party software like HTMLDoc
() or WebGrabber ().
