Hi, Jerry

Manually, with Acrobat full version (not Reader), in batch process
(many PDF) you need a plug_in or a PostScript Applet.

Yes

You have the 'pdfmark' PostScript operator to put any custom or
standard information keys, via Distiller and the initial PS file.

Also if you need to modify directly (and massively) the PDF file, I
have a PostScript Applet to accomplish this task.
