The PADW installed with VB doesnt register the ActiveX controls by
default. Try use the regserver and register them by hand to see if it
works on the non-VB computer. If you are going to distribute the program,
I recommend purchasing a copy of Wise InstallMaster 8 or InstallShield. These
programs take care of all the work distributing programs using ActiveX
