such as FDFMerge by Digital Applications (http://www.digapp.com) to
merge your variable data into a form. Another possibility would be
using a PDF-generating library, such as the pdflib by Thomas Merz
(http://www.pdflib.com) or SPDFlib by Digital Applications, in
conjunction with the report generator of the database to create
completely new PDF documents.
