no Aandi, I like to do this editing text on the net.
To do that what i am trying is,
extracting the text and place them in the database, and put that text in an
HTML form and allow the user to edit, once he click update it will replace
the original text and will create new PDF.
but when i am extracting the text, it is extracting into funny ways. SO i
like to extract the text as it is in the PDF. Hear is the problem i am
facing. I like to extract the text as it is in the PDF.
any idea ?

Use the text touch-up tool in Acrobat. You will need much patience - Acrobat
is not a word processor, and editing PDFs is something to do in an
emergency, not as part of a normal workflow.
