` You first find each page object, then for each page get the
list of content stream(s) that make up that page. For each content
stream, you need to decompress it (if necessary) and then parse it to
find the BI/EI block. Once you have the block of data, you then need
to parse it to separate the dictionary entries from the data. Once
you have that, then you should be able to process it like your
XObjects.
