The dll file just needs to be in a directory that is in your PATH statement.
No need to register it.

Subject: Has anybody used Adobe's FDF tookit?
--- Planet PDF Forum | http://forum.planetpdf.com ----
I am using the FDF Toolkit for Java and in order to run toolkit, the
instructions say that I need to "install" FDFTK.jar and FDFTK.dll on my
servlet server. Beyond that, there is no more details about how to
"install" these two things. I am using Sun's JSDK 2.1 to run a servlet
engine on my machine. I thought I needed to add FDFTK.jar to my classpath
and register FDFTK.dll on my machine. I added FDFTK.jar to my classpath
successfully, but when I attempt to register FDFTK.dll, I get an error like
this: "..fdftk.dll was loaded, but the dllregisterserver entry point was not
found...". I can't seem to run the sample servlets provided because of this
problem! Any help would be appreciated.
