Two things you need to look into:

1. Find the IAC subdirectory in the SDK directory, you will find a
subfolder called Headers, look at the file called IAC.BAS - this lists all
the numbers (hex/int) you will need, alternatively just add the BAS to your
project and use the constant names.

2. Batch Process, from the file menu will allow you to set all of those
settings you mentioned - in BATCH!... Saves time and effort. (Check out
AcroTip #2 - Updating your PDF files in batch).

If you need to do any security stuff with PDF/VB then definitely take a look
into Arts security.
