I don't believe so. I am pretty sure that the only time that
the Security Handler routines get called is when a document is being
opened and when it's being saved. Acrobat requires/assumes that the
data is decrypted in memory - so any attempt to encrypt on the fly
using the standard security mechanism would probably not be a good
idea.

If you are looking for stronger crypto solutions (ala
FileOpen or PageValut), then you will need to look at alternative
methods of securing the data than going through the Security handler
mechanism.
