If by Acquire you mean get the title, then yes you can:

The Object is the PDBookmark object and the method is the GetTitle method.
Page 192 of the IAC documentation details this.

You can delete, rename, perform and get the title of a bookmark - you cannot
however create a new one - well not with this method anyway, it might be
possible to use Execute Menu items to Add a bookmark(long shot???).
