Unfortunately you need to know the title of the bookmark to GET it's object
reference.

If you already know the title of the bookmark but still can't get the
reference then probably the first thing you need to do is check you have the
Acrobat.tlb Object Library (include with Acrobat Full Product version 4)
referenced from within your Program (In Visual Basic Go into the Project
Menu and select References).

If you have it referenced then paste the snippet of your code so we can have
a look at it.
