PDF has no concept of "landscape vs. portrait", so
technically pages are NEVER landscape OR portrait - they are simply
pages.

What you CAN get are pieces of information that could be used
to make your own determination as to the layout of a page. It's
MediaBox will determine the physical size of the page, for example.
BUT that page could also be rotated (/Rotate in the page dictionary),
and therefore the MediaBox values need to adjusted to that rotation.
