If there is a main index file then you can simply open that file in Acrobat
(File Open>Files of Type:HTML Files) - Acrobat will convert the HTML to PDF.

All of the AHREF links on the index page can then be converted to PDF links
(Tools>Web Capture>View Web Links - then just select all links etc).

If there is no index file for the whole thing then you probably have a
couple of options - either print each page to PDF manually (without links)
or print the first page and utilise the 'Print Linked Items' (if there is

Alternatively you could convert the CHM to an RTF and use Word for the
conversion to PDF. - But I would imagine the links wouldn't come out either.
