Photoshop can't handle vectors unless they are paths, it will almost always
ask to convert or anti-alias the vectors to rasters. But then again that's
not its strength.
If you are trying to get the images in the PDF file back into a vector
format then you should get a hold of Illustrator, you will be able to open
the PDF file (page at a time) and copy/paste the graphics as vector images
into a new illustrator file, which can then be exported to EPS/WMF and
perhaps PNG (?) ...
To do this in batch then you should see if something already exists for
vector graphics check out PDFStore http://www.pdfstore.com.
You can also export EPS from within Acrobat 4.0 - that's worth a look also!
