Seemingly is the right word, since is one of the most difficult

The ONLY library that I know of that is available for those
platforms that could do what you need is SPDF from Appligent
HOWEVER, even with SPDF you will still have a LOT of work to do
since text in PDF is not necessarily laid out as you expect and you can't
simply "replace it". Such work usually involves finding the text, removing
it from the object(s) that it lives in, and then adding in new objects for
the new text. AND you need to consider that doing that will NOT reflow
text around it.
