there has been no attachment, and this is good so. Keep in mind that of the
many hundred subscribers to this mailing list, the great majority does not
care about that form anyway.

So, what do you want to do with the form ... converting a form to an
intelligent form depends a lot on what the form is intended, and _what you
want it to do_. So, there would be quite a bit more information needed to
give a reasonable answer.

The tool for you to use would be _Acrobat_ 4.05 (Adobe is a company).
