Welcome aboard!

First thing, go out and buy a copy of the FULL Adobe Acrobat
package! You will need this for a number of reasons, not the least
of which is that you may wish to purchase some 3rd party plug-ins to
help in debugging your PDF's and they all require the full Acrobat.

What do you mean by "MARKERS"? Are these standard PDF
objects and/or dictionary entries? Are they things in the text to be
replaced? What?

Yes and no. PDF is the same structured format, but some
parts of it (streams) can be compressed AND/OR encrypted.

You mean what do you need to do to produce a compressed PDF?
Acrobat will do it for you from any application. But I thought your
software was creating PDF's??

>Question2
>What tool do I need to include such Markers into a PDF file?

I still don't understand where these "markers" come into the
PDF? Can you send an example, or explain??
