nope (but it depends on your definition of easily). It __might__ be
feasible to utilise IAC and also some Win32API calls to hook into the Print
Dialog (which would be activated by IAC) and then also to hook in the 'Enter
File Name' dialog - but never tried it, nor have I ever seen any code for
it.

The avenues available are:
Print To (Postscript) File - which requires user intervention (no parameter
passing available)
Export To PS - No IAC interface, and sendkeys wont allow you to get to the
dialog.

BUT there are other tools on the market, do a search at PDFStore and on the
Web (like InfoSeek) for PDF2PS, I remember seeing something that did the
conversion and was under the GNU license agreement- not sure if they were
programmatically controllable.
