By setting the /F parameter in your FDF, you can specify the "base
PDF" for your FDF. So, your loading order would not be "open the PDF
and then import an FDF", but "open an FDF which then automatically
opens the appropriate PDF". It may sound a bit like rigging the horse
from the tail, but it works...
