OK.

Correct. The Adobe PDFLibrary is a separate product that
must be licensed from Adobe. However, it is no longer being licensed
at this time.

There are, however, two other libraries that are available
for license that will allow you to print PDF files (among other
things).

* Our SPDF & SPDF_CP libraries () are an "API
clone" of the Adobe PDFLibraries and include complete PDF
rasterization and printing services - including the ability to print
vector data to non-Postscript printers!

* Ghostscript () is a Postscript
rendering engine, which includes the necessary extensions to also
render PDF documents to bitmaps which can then be sent on to printers.

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
