I am not aware of ANY plugins that will solve this, HOWEVER,
there are some 3rd party libraries (SPDF - http://www.appligent.com)
that offer PDF rasterization services that you could license and link
into your application.

I can verify for certainty that our libraries work with the
Borland compiler and its class libraries (OWL?) as we have clients
that do exactly that!
