If you are distributing the PDF on both the Mac and the PC platforms then
Acrobat (on both platforms).
You can create a form field (button) with a Mouse Up Action of Type
this.print(false,1,10) -----> this will print from page 1 to page 10,
without displaying the dialog box.
this.print(true,1,10) ------> this will display the print dialog box, but
the page range will be set from 1 to 10.
