Not sure on the specifics you mention, I wouldn't think that the Paper Tray
would be something that is open to Acrobat IAC/SDK control(?) - it's usually
a platform/OS thing. (What about API Calls?)

This Article on MSDN details how to do it using the API (in FoxPro but the
it's the similar code for other Apps):
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q157/6/29.asp, I didn't
have a good look around but I would say searching for API + Printer + Tray
would probably result in the API calls you could use in VB/VC etc.
