If your users have Reader 4.05, you could use the setFocus action.
This way, you can check the answer while leaving the field, and
depending, on the results, get them to one field or another. Those
fields should have in the enter action the Play sound order... You
could also add a java instruction to get them back to the field they
failed... or the next if the matched the answer..

Ideally, you should be able to play a sound..from javascript.. but you
can't. You could do it from TTS (Text To Speech) but your user would
have to install it.. etc.. (not practical)
