You should complain at Adobe and "convince" them to have this option
activated by default (it may become Acrobat 12.3 until this happens,
Short term, you would have to rely on instructions to the user. It
could be that in a corporate environment with centralized deployment,
it might be possible to set this option in the deployment script, but
I am not sure about that.
