I don't know how to do this specifically using the Glance
toolkit, but the general idea is that you'd need to walk through the
content stream(s) and investigate all colorspace operators to see
what they are.

Also, simply using /Separations won't work for images either.
Many images are inserted into PDF documents w/o placing information
into /Separations. You need to iterate over all XObjects of type
Image and example their colorspaces individually as well as dealing
with inline images.
