The PDF Form can be setup to send the form fields information (submit). The
user/reader cannot manipulate the PDF in any way/shape or form via the
Browser interface - except of course Form Fields. Form fields can be text
boxes, list boxes, radio buttons, buttons etc.
All of this information can be sent to an ASP script for processing - which
the ASP/SQL Server.
You will need the FDF Toolkit (available from PlanetPDF
http://www.planetpdf.com and CodeCuts http://www.codecuts.com) to be able to
create your own Forms Data Format (FDF) files.
You will find plenty of information on Planet PDF and also CodeCuts.
