Check out CodeCuts (http://www.codecuts.com) as it will give you an
understanding of what source code is already available. If you don't find
what you are looking for then check out the Acrobat SDK
I think what you are trying to do would be possible using API Calls, and/or
manipulating the settings in the registry. If you download the Acrobat SDK
check out the PDFWRITR.PDF API reference document.
