This is an effect I had already under 4.05. It is understandable
because when you have duplicates of your fields, Acrobat does not
know which widget (instance of your field) it should jump to.

I assume that your second and third page are essentially copies of
the first one, you could give the corresponding fields on the
following pages another name, and have the first page field
automatically setting their values, for example in the Format event.
In this case, you will have the full functionality, but remain on the
first page.

In general, whenever you use the setFocus() method, the field must be unique.
