Topic: Save fdf data to pdf?

Hello, I am using fdf to populate a pdf form with data. I would like to use this pdf form filled with fdf data as a background for another pdf file that I am creating. I am using the FDFSetFile command to set the pdf form to be filled with data. Then I use the FDFSaveToFile command to save the fdf file. Once the fdf data is printed to the form, I am not able to save it. The data disappears when I open the pdf but exists when I open the fdf even though the fdf is just 1kb. My question is how can I save the pdf form with the fdf data in it so that it can be used as a background for another pdf file I am creating? Someone had suggested printing to the distiller. However I am creating 100s of pdf which makes it impossible to print each one to the distiller. Is there any way programmatically, to just save the data to pdf specifically using any commands from the fdf toolkit? Any help would be truly appreciated. Thanks -Vidya

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
