Topic: Script based objets insertion in PDF form

I'm new on the forum and I need some informations.
I'm developping a tool to create form in PDF format.
1st: A part of the objets (those objects are text in ASCII format) which may on the form are stored in a databank. I get this object with a script; I just wrote the SQL request for this purpose.
2nd: The second part of the object are stored in a folder ... Because of technical reason, I don't have the right to insert this objects in a databank. Those objects are picture files in gif format.

I need a way to include those object in the form (with a script or a specification....)
I have used (like everyone Acrobat Reader), but I use Acrobat 4.0 just since 1 month.
I hope that you understand my problems... I really speak just French and German.
