Dear all,

We doing this project in our company intranet.

Objective is to secure the PDF file. Client do not have right to save or alter the file they can see on their browser. With setting up the policies on User PC we disabled the open and save option from the IE 5.5 browser. But PDF file opens in the Acrobat Reader in within IE 5.5, with save button. Which we want to hide or disable.

The possible technology available to us to do above thing is Client's PC with Win NT 4.0 SP 6a (Policy set up), and we do programming using Visual Studio .net or ASP 3.0 (VBScript). So if using any of the above we can realize that task it would be great.

This is the case of Intranet where we can set the policies on User machine. If required and there is option, we can even do the customize installation of Acrobat reader on User's PC.

Thanks in advance

Kind Regards,

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
