Topic: server threw an exception in vboiw sample

I am trying to use Vboiw sample of Abode Acrobat which
comes with Acro4SDK-R3 and installed in
Acro4SDK-R3\lac\samples\vb\vboiw using visual basic

I can successfully run the application and open a pdf
file but when i close the application i get an error
server threw an exception and next time i run the sample to open the pdf file it says it cannot open the pdf file.

I have seen the Taskmanager and found that Acrobat.exe
is still running even after closing the application. When i killed Acrobat.exe and started the application then i could open the pdf with this sample application.

When i debug i find that it fails at
AcroExchAVDoc(Me.Tag).Close (False) in the sub
Form_Unload(Cancel As Integer) while closing the application.

Does anybody come accross this problem ,If so could someone please let me know how did they solve the problem? .
