Topic: silent installation of Acrobat Reader

I would like to ask a stupid question:
How come that every time I try to use the silent installation file for acrobat reader (setup.iss) I made to install the reader on all machines in the company, it gets installed, and immediately un-installed a few secs later?
The shitty thing is, it doesn't happen every time, but when it does, setup writes to the log:
I looked it up; "ResultCode=-12" means that the dialogs are out of order. So this means the setup.iss file is incorrect. Impossible! It was created by setup!
So now I'm sitting here, asking myself: What dialogs? What order? Did I ask for dialogs in the 1st place? Is there any way around this? If not, should I re-write their installer and spread it? There's plenty of potential users, I can tell you that much.
I think it has something to do with wether or not to restart the system after installing the reader.
Did anybody ever find some sort of solution to this problem? If so, what was it?
What I did: I posted several msg's in the Adobe User to User forums. Without any luck, so I called the non-free support desk of Adobe in England. After having to wait 35 mins and registering a product I already bought, this guy told me he couldn't, or wouldn't help me cos the feature isn't supported(Then why was it implemented?!).
I'm now about to deploy the reader manually for about 70 users. I hate having to do this, but I can still manage. Imagine you have to deploy it to > 1000 users! It would be a freaking nightmare.
