Hi. I am looking for anyone who has any tips or tricks installing Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 silently on Windows 98 and NT 4.0.

I first did an intial setup using the parameters "setup.exe -r" which creates a script for a silent installation. The initial setup creates a file called "setup.iss" in the Windows folder. I then copied this file along with the setup files to another computer to perform a silent installation using the following parameters: setup.exe -s.

The installation on Windows NT 4.0 appears to be installing and add's a Adobe shortcut to the desktop and creates a Adobe program group. However at the end of the installation it delete the Adobe shortcut on the desktop and removes the Adobe program group from the start menu. As if I never installed it. I also checked for the Adobe folder in Windows Explorer however I did not find the associated folder.

Any tips on this subject matter would be appreciated.
