Thought this was an easy one...maybe too easy for anyone to take the trouble to answer? In anycase,

In the code below I changed the following line:


AVDoc.PrintPages 0, iNumPages - 1, 2, True, True


to this:


AVDoc.PrintPages 0, iNumPages - 1, 2, False, False



and it worked. Go Figure. The fifth argument tells if you want to shrink the content to fit. Don't have the documentation in front of me for the last argument. Not sure why one or the other would have an effect on printing. But it did.
