Topic: SSL warning when doing submit from a PDF form

I have an html page that contains two frames - one for general company info and the other for displaying a PDF form. There is a button on the PDF form that allows users to submit the form after filling info. There is a submitForm action associated with the button. The URL in the submitForm action is a secure URL (in fact, all pages and links are secure URLs). Everything works fine except that there is always a security warning message when I hit the submit button and before being directed to the new URL. Does anyone have any ideas on this problem?
I've tried putting the same PDF in the browser alone (not within a frame), that worked fine without the warning. I've also tried to replace the PDF with an html page that contains just a button in the frame. That button redirects to the same URL. And that worked as well, without the warning. So that leads me to wonder if there is anything that is different in a PDF post and regular html post.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
