Topic: Stop Acrobat's Launch App Request?

I have an application that must launch several EXEs.
When the user clicks on a link to launch the EXE Acrobat pops up the error msg "Acrobat is about to launch this application. c:\Progra~1\Window~1\mplayer2.exe. Allow this action (yes) or all actions to all applications (all)?

This ugly pop-up ruins an otherwise smooth user interface. Is there anything we can do (even preference recommendations) to prevent this pop-up?

It makes an otherwise professional menu system look like it wasn't tested. Need help quick...
