Topic: Submit FDF within frame does not work in IE

I have a webpage with a frame. In one frame, I have a PDF form, in the other some HTML to help explain the PDF document. There is a "Save" button on the form that submits the FDF data to a CGI script. The script then displays an HTML page within the same frame, replacing the PDF document.

Everything works in Netscape, but I cant figure out why it wont work in IE. After pressing the "Save" button, it only loads a small part of the HTML from the CGI script and then just...stops. This partial file is a "temporary internet file" that IE has created, and it is a local file on my hard drive.

The page is at http://www.colostate.edu/admin/cs/forms/help/independent_contractor.html
