Topic: varying number of records in pdf

Hi...

We need to produce a pdf report that is capable of generating different number of records for different persons. For eg., 'A' may have 2 records in his report and 'B' may have 10 records in his report. In general, I can have a maximum number(say 10) of blank records and populate accordingly. But, in the case of 'A', there will be only 2 records and the rest would be blank. This unnecessarily takes up space and also we have other types of records following this one.

Can you please suggest any way to overwrite the next set of records over the present set of blank records or any other way to solve this?

Thanking you in advance,
-Subashini.
