Topic: What's reason for different order of data

Can any one answer the question: when I capture the data from Internet page(PDF format) and save it in the local machine with TEXT file. but the data order is differnt from the page. what the reason?
For instance, the data on internet page is:
Location Zone Design by Location Scheduled by Loacation
-------- ---- ------ ----------- ----------------------
EMERSON Western 2079130 1626073
CLOW Western 494560 0
SLOWAY Western 1484 (920)
...

The data save in text should be:
EMERSON CLOW SLOWAY
Western Western Western
2079130 494560 1484
1626073 0 (920)
...

But the real order is:
EMERSON CLOW SLOWAY
1626073 0 (920)
2079130 494560 1484
Western Western Western
...
Does anyone know what is the reason? Thanks!
