Topic: Printing HTM document using PDFWriter and VB

I have an html file residing on my hard drive. I also have PDFWriter installed. From VB I want to "print" the html file to pdf without any dialog boxes.

Here is what I have so far:

1. I know how to suppress the dialog box when printing to PDFWriter by writing to the registry and creating my own VB Printer object.

2. I am pretty sure that the VB Printer object, Printer.Print "some text", will not work because it prints text and graphics but not documents.

3. I tried using the ShellExecute command but have yet to figure out how to suppress the dialog box that shows up. The dialog box is produced by Internet Explorer (the application associated with the .html file extension) not PDFWriter.

It seems like such a simple thing: 1 html file, 1 PDFWriter driver, 1 VB application. Now print without any dialog boxes.
